The Water Resources Authority (WRA) routinely works with other agencies in its neverending endeavour to fulfill its mission. There are also other agencies which provide useful and relevant water-related information and services.

Ministry of Water & Housing

National Irrigation Commission (NIC)
"The National Irrigation Commission Ltd. National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA)

The NEPA is the national focal point for environmental information and management in Jamaica and is so recognized by the United Nations System."
 
National Water Commission

Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM)
"The ODPEM is the national body responsible for preparing the Jamaican population to deal with disaster and emergency situations. Working in tandem with other support agencies, the ODPEM will take the necessary actions to reduce the impact of future disasters and major emergencies on the Jamaican population and economy."

The OUR's mission is to contribute to Jamaica's national development by creating an environment for the efficient delivery of utility services to customers.

Mines & Geology Division
